Stress Increases Productivity !.

Stress is an inevitable consequence of life. As Hans Selye (who coined the term as it is currently used): Note, "Without stress, there would be no life." However, just as it can cause severe disease, it seems reasonable that there are good stresses that promote wellness. Stress is not always necessarily harmful. Win the race or can be just stressful as losing, or more than that, but may lead to very different biological responses.

Stress increase productivity

An increase in tension results in increased productivity, and to some extent. However, this level is different for each one of us. It is very similar to the pressure on a series of violin. Does not produce enough of the dull, coarse voice. Also a lot of tension makes Haag, annoying noise or snaps into the series. However, only the degree of the right to create a wonderful tone. Similarly, we all need to find an appropriate level of stress that allows us to perform optimally and make melodious music, and we are going in life.

Fight or flight

Some of the work of the early stress on proving the existence of the fighting are well known, or in response to flight. Research has shown that when the animal experiences a shock or perceives a threat, and quickly releases hormones that help to stay alive.

These hormones help us to run faster and fight harder. Because it increases heart rate and blood pressure, and thus more oxygen and sugar in the blood to the muscle power is important. It increased sweating in an attempt to calm these muscles, and help them stay efficient. They divert blood away from the skin to the core of our bodies, reducing blood loss if we are damaged. In addition, these hormones focus our attention on this threat, to the exclusion of anything else. All of this dramatically improves our ability to survive life-threatening events. This stress.

Unfortunately, this mobilization of the body for survival also has negative effects. In this case, and we are irritable, anxious, jumpy and irritable. This reduces our ability to work effectively with others.

How can I tell what is the optimal stress for me?

There is no single level of stress that is optimal for all people. We are all individual creatures with unique requirements. As such, what is distressing to one may be a joy to another. Even when we agree that a particular event is distressing, we are likely to differ in our responses to physiological and psychological consequences of that.

It was found that most of the diseases related to stress is not clear. If you suffer from symptoms of stress, and you have gone beyond your optimal stress level; need to reduce tension in your life and / or improve your ability to manage them.
